Description: This custom modern farmhouse-style 4,000-square-foot residence was designed in collaboration with Poplar Construction.  The open concept first floor with nine-foot ceilings features a kitchen which opens directly to a spacious dining room and family room. A powder room, front office and mudroom off the driveway complete the first floor. The second floor has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and the laundry room.  The primary suite includes two walk-in closets, large bedroom with ten-foot ceilings and a luxurious bathroom with soaking tub and spa shower. The third floor features nine-foot ceilings and two additional bedrooms, full bath, and ample storage. The exterior includes a detached two-car garage, deck, and patio.
